All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exceptions are made solely for items that arrive defective due to a fault on our end.
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location. Pre-order items require additional processing time of approximately 10–14 working days. If you order an item that is back in stock, we 3D print it fresh and conduct a quality check before shipping.
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure every item meets our quality standards at fair value. Our filaments are sourced from trusted, high-quality suppliers, and all our prints are produced on Bambu Lab printers — an industry-leading brand known for precision and reliability.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Please note that shipping fees vary depending on the weight of your order and can reach up to AED 2,000 for heavier items. This is particularly relevant for larger products such as 3D printers, which are significantly heavier and therefore incur higher shipping costs.
