Shipping Policy

At Threedeedu, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with further details. Please note that pre-order items have a lead time of approximately 10–14 working days, as each piece is 3D printed to order and put through a quality check before dispatch.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Please be aware that shipping fees vary depending on the weight of your items and can reach up to AED 2,000 for heavier products. This is particularly relevant for larger items such as 3D printers, which are significantly heavier and therefore incur higher shipping costs.

Duties & Taxes Please note that Threedeedu does not cover any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be incurred upon delivery depending on your location and local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

In-Store Collection If you prefer to collect your order in person, please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect. We will notify you via WhatsApp and email once your order is ready for collection.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at operations@threedeedu.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
