At Threedeedu, we take great pride in the quality of our 3D-printed products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Defective Items We are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective due to a fault on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at operations@threedeedu.com or via WhatsApp. To process your claim, we will require the following:

• Your order confirmation number
• Clear photos or a video of the defect
• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will schedule a return and arrange a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
