Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, as described below.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item before buying, contact us at operations@threedeedu.com and we're happy to help.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us at operations@threedeedu.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at operations@threedeedu.com and we will make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved claims on defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and for EU orders cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
