Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchase options offered at checkout, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and other deferred or recurring purchases.

Subscriptions

By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account, or by emailing us at operations@threedeedu.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Timing. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Orders that have already been billed or fulfilled cannot be cancelled, and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy — all sales are final except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Changes. You may pause, skip, or update the payment and shipping details for a subscription at any time before the next billing date.

Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply to billing cycles after the notice period. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Pre-orders and deferred purchases

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and our Return & Refund Policy applies.

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will notify you and refund the order in full.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel or suspend a subscription or purchase option if payment fails, if the product is discontinued, or if the terms of this policy or our Terms of Service are breached. If we cancel, you will not be charged for future cycles, and any prepaid amount for undelivered items will be refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
